Mispay Legal is a document facilitation service. We are not a law firm, advocate office, or government body. We assist individuals and businesses in preparing, submitting and tracking government documentation. We do not provide legal advice.

We facilitate document services including but not limited to Aadhaar updates, caste certificates, domicile certificates, income certificates and other state/central government applications. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change.

We do not guarantee approval of any application. Government approval decisions are made by the respective authority and are outside our control.

Important: Submission of false, forged or incorrect documents is a criminal offence under Indian law. Mispay Legal will cooperate fully with authorities in such cases and reserves the right to immediately terminate your account.

Estimated processing times are indicative only. Actual delivery depends on government department workload, applicant cooperation and other external factors beyond our control. Delays in government processing do not entitle you to a refund of government fees.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
