1. About Us

Mispay Legal is a document facilitation service. We are not a law firm, advocate office, or government body. We assist individuals and businesses in preparing, submitting and tracking government documentation. We do not provide legal advice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must be the applicant or have authorisation to apply on behalf of the applicant
• One person may not create multiple accounts

3. Our Services

We facilitate document services including but not limited to Aadhaar updates, caste certificates, domicile certificates, income certificates and other state/central government applications. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to change.

We do not guarantee approval of any application. Government approval decisions are made by the respective authority and are outside our control.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and genuine documents and information
• Ensure uploaded documents are legible and valid
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access
• Not use our platform for any fraudulent, illegal or misrepresentative purpose
• Pay the applicable service fees before your application is processed

5. Payments

• All fees must be paid in full before processing begins
• Government fees are collected separately and paid to the relevant authority
• Wallet balances are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash (except for retailers)
• Online payments are processed through Razorpay and subject to their terms
• Pricing is subject to change with 7 days notice via email or website notice

6. Processing Times

Estimated processing times are indicative only. Actual delivery depends on government department workload, applicant cooperation and other external factors beyond our control. Delays in government processing do not entitle you to a refund of government fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for government rejection of applications due to government policy changes or applicant-provided incorrect information
• We are not liable for delays caused by government offices, portals or external agencies
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the service fee paid by you for the specific application
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content on mispaylegal.in — including design, text, logos and software — is owned by Mispay Legal. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Provide false or fraudulent information
• Violate these Terms
• Are used for illegal activities
• Abuse our support team or other users

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Pending applications will be completed or refunded per our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
