Are there any hidden charges?
No. The price listed for each service is the total service fee. If a government fee applies (like court fee stamps or challan), it is shown separately as "govt fee" and paid to the government authority directly.
Can I get a refund if my application is rejected?
Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, refunds depend on the stage at which rejection occurs and the reason for rejection.
Why do some services show a government fee?
Government fees are statutory charges collected by the government for processing official applications. They are separate from our service fee and are non-refundable once submitted.
Is pricing different for retailers?
Yes. Retailers may have customised pricing set by our team. Please contact us or log in to your retailer account to view your pricing.
Can I pay in instalments?
No. Full payment is required before your application is processed. Retailers may apply for a Pay Later credit facility.
